Export all your notes
Exporting everything is in Remindly for Mac.
Choose (⇧⌘E).
-
Pick a folder and click Export Here.
Remindly makes a folder called
Remindlyinside the one you pick. -
Wait for Export finished.
Remindly first downloads any attachments this Mac doesn't have yet, then writes the files. Finder opens with the new folder selected.
What you get
- A folder for each notebook, with nested notebooks as folders inside it. Notes with no notebook sit at the top.
- A .md file for each note, named after its title.
- An _attachments folder with your images and files. Notes link to them, so they show up in Markdown editors.
- Working links between notes: each points at the other note's file.
- Details at the top of each file, in frontmatter that Obsidian and other apps can read:
It's a copy. Later changes in Remindly don't update it. Export into the same folder again to refresh it: files with the same names are replaced, and notes in the Trash are left out.
